Rules before and after the visit:

Do not eat big meals at least for 1,5 h before the visit.
Stop thinking during the massage. Relax through deep breathing.
Do not talk during the massage, because involves it your concious mind. On the other hand communicate if you feel any discomfort, when you are hot or cold or simply need attention to be put in certain place or spot.
After the massage slowly come back to the reality. Do not jump out of the bed. Let yourself to feel your new relaxed body. Stand up slowly. Drink water from a glass left for you, drink it whole.
Drink even more water after the massage, the more water your drink the better will be be the effect of the massage.
Relax. Help yourself to sustain the benefits of the massage. Remember about deep breathing, when stress or pain is coming. Plan a relaxing evening with a light meal. Take a salt bath.
